How many players may participate?
Our games vary between 2-8 players. Most small groups are paired with other guests. Single players are also welcome; we will match you up with other players prior to the adventure. Please contact us if you would like a private adventure or have a group of more than 8 people – we will be happy to discuss arrangements.

Am I really going to be locked in a room?
You will be in a room with a locked door, but every door is equipped with an exit button in case you need to exit abruptly.

How early should I arrive for my game?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your game. Games begin at their start times and being late may cause you to have less time to play.

How much do your games cost?
Prices vary per game.

How do I pay?
All games are paid online at the time of booking.

Do you offer refunds?
All games at HeadCase are non-refundable; however, we can reschedule your game if you contact us at least 24 hours prior to the start of your game.

Is there an age limit?
Age limits are dependent on the games. Most games are for ages 12 and up, but we have games that can accommodate full families. We do allow younger players, but some of the game content may be too difficult for them. Players that are under 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

How long is each game?
Games vary from 30 minutes to one hour. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before each game for preparations and briefing. Also, plan to stay at least 15 minutes after each game to debrief, take a few photos, and enjoy the nicest VIP lobby in the industry.
